Italianavera Finger Food Caprese aperitif

cooking time 4 min
preparation time 10 min

ingredients for 4 people
Sauce with basil 1 jar, buffalo-milk mozzarella g 500.

The caprese aperitif is very easy to prepare, particularly with our italianavera sauce, which has the flavor of homemade cooking and it’s also easy to use. Open the jar of handmade basil sauce, pour it in a pan and heat it up for 3 minutes using a low flame. In the meantime cut the mozzarella into little cubes. After having heated the sauce up, pour it on the bottom of a typical Martini glass. Add the cubes of mozzarella and some drops of extra virgin olive oil. Now it’s time to taste it!

plan B

If you prefer, you can toast some pieces of bread and heat the sauce up in order to spread it on the warm slices. The result will be a delicious homemade Italian bruschetta.
