Ingredients for 8/9 people
spaghetti 800 gr, sauce al basilico 2 jars, parmigiano cheese right amount, salt right amount (about 50 gr)

What will surprise you about this dish are both the simplicity of its preparation and its unique taste, that has made famous Italian cuisine in the world. Here you have the few steps to realize: put some water in a pot and let it boil. Then put salt in the water, and when it will boil for the second time pour the spaghetti in it. We suggest that you taste the water to check if more salt is needed.
In the meantime, while the pasta is still cooking, heat the sauce up in a pan. Drain pasta 2 minutes before the cooking time indicated on the package, because spaghetti must be “al dente”. while the pasta is still cooking, heat the sauce up in a pan. Pour them on the sauce together with some cooking water, and let everything on the flame for 3 minutes, so that the two flavours will combine perfectly. Finally serve your spaghetti with Italianavera sauce, but don’t forget to add some grated Parmigiano Reggiano on the top!
