Spaghetti Plumcake

Ingredients for 6 people
Spaghetti 500 gr ,Mamma mia sauce 2 jars, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese right amount, Fresh basil right amount, salt 35 gr

Let’s start our preparation boiling the spaghetti in plenty of salted water. During the cooking of the pasta, heat the sauce up in another pot; it will take only a minute or two!!! Be careful to drain the spaghetti 2 min before the cooking time indicated on the package, so that they will be “al dente”. After this step, pour them in the pot containing the sauce, and let the flavors combine well. To add even more flavor to your dish, dress it with parmigiano cheese and a little bit of fresh basil. Finally, put everything in a plum cake pan, and complete the cooking in the oven at 180° for 20 min. At the end of the preparation, you should serve your dish in a platter, in order to appear like a real chic chef! Serve it hot and enjoy it.
