Tagliatelle with truffle sauce

Recipes

cooking time 5-6 minuti
preparation time 10 min

Ingredients for 8/9 people
Tagliatelle 800 gr, sauce with black truffle 2 jars, salt right amount (about 50 gr), parmigiano cheese right amount, black pepper right amount.

Put some water in a pot and let it boil. Then put salt in the water, and when it will boil for the second time pour the tagliatelle in it. We suggest that you taste the water to check if more salt is needed. Boil the tagliatelle in boiling water and wait for it to cook In the meantime, while pasta is still cooking, heat the sauce up in a pan. Drain the pasta 2 minutes before the cooking time indicated on the package, so that it will be “al dente”. Pour it on the sauce together with some cooking water and let it on the flame for 3 minutes, so that the two flavours will combine perfectly. Finally serve your gourmet dish, but don’t forget to add some grated Parmigiano Reggiano and black pepper on the top!

If you want your dish to be even more original and tasty, you can add also mushrooms to your recipe: First of all you have to clean them, removing the dirt from the stem and the cap. Cut them in thin slices. Put some minced parsley and garlic in a pot containing oil, and let them lightly fry. Sauté everything and add the cut porcini mushrooms. Finally add the mushrooms and cook everything together for a few minutes. At the end of the process, add the mushrooms and the truffle sauce to the tagliatelle like it has been explained in the recipe.
